Shipping Info & Policies
Due to the large range of items & fulfilment times - there are no "one-time-fits-all" shipping times - unless otherwise stated on the product description of the item you are ordering.
Tracking:
You will be sent tracking information once your order has been shipped!

USA: 1-10 Business Days.
UK/EUR: 10-14 Business Days
AUS: 1-7 Business Days.
Canada: 12 Business Days.
Asia: 5 Business Days.
All other Regions: 12 Business Days

Express Shipping or Courier Delivery can be arranged. With as fast as 2-day worldwide delivery or overnight delivery in Australia. Please email orders@ryanpernofski.com if you would like to have this SPEEED for your order :)
Duties & Taxes:
USA: No import taxes. NZ: No import taxes. AUS: No import taxes.
Other international customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
Order Fulfilment times (add shipping times on top):
BOOKS:
If it is a business day, your book will usually be shipped out the same day that you order it.
Hanging Wooden Frames:
Order it before 3pm and if the item is in stock (as stated on the product's page) it will usually ship the same day you ordered it.
PRINTS:
Like a good restaurant; we make most of our burgers (I mean prints) to order. So please allow up to 5 days for the printing of your beautiful new piece with the shipping time added on top of this.
Phone cases:
Again, like a good restaurant and mainly due to the large models of phones available; we don't keep any of our meals (I mean cases) in the fridge. Each phone case is sent into production the moment you place your order. Please allow our phone chefs up to three business days to cook up and serve your fresh phone case to the local postman. You will be sent tracking once it has been sent out!
Traditional Framing:
Unless it is stated that we have your print and frame already made; please allow 10-15 days for your order to be printed, assembled & shipped. We have to allow time for your print to "cure" so that it doesn't fog the glass (neither of us want a foggy piece of art in your home).
Digital Downloads:
Instant delivery by email. Thank you, internet for fueling and satisfying our impatience. If for some reason you didn't receive your download instantly - maybe you entered the wrong email or your email bouncers don't allow guests who are wearing boardshorts or a wetsuit into the party. Yes my downloads where swimming gear. (In which case, check your junk mail). Email us if you encounter any problems.
Return Policy:
As most of our products are custom-made and we have such a huge range of product types and variations - we are not able to warehouse them all and therefore we usually cannot accept returns. If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing, please contact us ASAP - we cannot guarantee it has not been sent out. Please check your cart when purchasing to make sure you order the correct size, etc.
Damaged items:
If your product happens to be damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
